Pause, breathe, and reset with our Mindful Monday Meditation Summer Series at LTA with 3D Sound and Libbie Anderson!

This series focuses on slowing down with simple, guided practices that help you listen more closely to yourself.

Each session goes from 5:00-8:00 PM and includes time to center yourself, enjoy some tea and light snacks, and visit with others as well as a sound bath experience with local sound healers 3D Sound. The session ends with a journal exercise designed to bring reflection and clarity to your meditation practice with Libbie Anderson.

You can join one session for $30.00 or sign up for all three sessions for a discounted rate of $75.00. Reduced rate registration will only be available up until the first date.
